The Saanich Peninsula Arts and Culture Grant (SPACG) program was established to support local individuals, groups, collectives, and organizations. Arts and cultural initiatives (projects, programs, presentations, training) must be designed to benefit the residents of the Saanich PeninsulaThe SPACG Program is administered by ArtSea community Arts Council, and funding is provided by the municipalities on the Saanich Peninsula, including: The Town of Sidney, The District of North Saanich, and the District of Central Saanich..
