2026 ArtSea Studio Tour Registration Fee (non-refundable)

The ArtSea Studio Tour is partially supported by municipal funding from Sidney, North Saanich, and Central Saanich. The 2026 Registration fee for participants with a home address on the Saanich Peninsula is $150.The registration fee for participating artists that do not have a home address on the Saanich Peninsula will be slightly higher to help offset program costs and additional expenses that may including coordination of shared space or rental fees for display space. The 2026 Registration fee for participants with a home address outside of the Saanich Peninsula is $200.

ArtSea Studio Tour Participant Agreement

Please read and check ALL BOXES to indicate that you have read and agree to the terms and conditions of The ArtSea Studio Tour.*

Participating artists must have a current ArtSea Membership.

All artwork on display will be original, produced by a registered ArtSea Member, and in good physical condition

Prospective purchasers will deal directly with participating artists (ArtSea does not take commission).

Participants will supply a a short description of their work for the Studio Tour brochure and an image to accompany their description on the interactive map.

Participants will pick up and return Studio Tour signage at a prearranged time.

Participants will provide a tally (count the number of visitors) for each day of the Studio Tour; ArtSea uses this information to report back to the Province of BC, Peninsula Municipalities, and other organizations that provide funding that make this program possible).

It is up to each artist to properly display and insure their work (if desired). ArtSea will assume no responsibility for loss, damage, or theft of artwork during the ArtSea Studio Tour.

Communication with Studio Tour participants will take place primarily via email. Participants will provide and email address that is regularly monitored.
