ExuberArt!

June 21 @ 10:00 am - June 27 @ 4:00 pm

FREE

Sidney sculptor/potter Glynne Turner loves throwing, carving and sculpting clay. Her style is playful, textured and colourful. She creates jaunty little sculptured boat scenes, low-relief wall and 3D sculptures, carved bowls and vases. Her favourite subjects are animals and birds. Glynne donates 75% of her art revenue to animal charities.

Langford painter and potter Tracy Pike focuses on improving her skills while creating one-of-a-kind ceramic designs. Her watercolour paintings are created from her own photos using a variety of styles. Once a year she also creates a single stained glass piece for her own enjoyment.

Langford woodworker Rick Pike turns a variety of woods on a lathe, creating beautiful bowls. He loves recycling chunks of discarded wood into small lidded boxes, business card holders, coasters and signs. Rick uses his scrollsaw to decorate boxes and create Christmas decorations and delicate earrings (to which Tracy adds sterling silver findings).
