This is a painting it from a photo of the Wild Pacific Trail south of the Lighthouse. The central image of the symbolic lichen and moss-covered tree gives imagery to the dampness and humidity found in the rain forest. A warm human figure swipes away the perspiration as she proceeds from a sunny part of the path into the coolness of a tree canopy. Through these two images the viewer is able to have some experience of what it is like to walk this path.
